ALL SALES ARE FINAL on jewelry, accessories, and sale items. No exceptions.
Regular priced clothing may be returned for store credit or exchange only and must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- All accessories included (belts, straps, etc.)
- Free of perfume and other scents
- Free of human and animal hair
- No rips, tears, or any signs of wear
Return Window: Items must be received within 14 days of delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return Shipping: Return shipping cost and insurance are the customer's responsibility.
Processing: Upon receipt, all items will be inspected. If approved, store credit or an exchange will be issued. You will be notified via email when your return is processed.
Store Credit: Valid for one year from issue date.
