Regular priced clothing may be returned for store credit or exchange only and must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • All accessories included (belts, straps, etc.)
  • Free of perfume and other scents
  • Free of human and animal hair
  • No rips, tears, or any signs of wear

Return Window: Items must be received within 14 days of delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Shipping: Return shipping cost and insurance are the customer's responsibility.

Processing: Upon receipt, all items will be inspected. If approved, store credit or an exchange will be issued. You will be notified via email when your return is processed.

Store Credit: Valid for one year from issue date.

Flat-rate shipping rate of $8 is applied to all orders under $150.  Free shipping for orders $150 or more.

All orders are shipped within 24 hrs-unless item is a PRE-ORDER item or noted with your order confirmation email.  All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days.  If you require expedited shipping, please call the store: 817-849-1202.
